All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases of proven item misrepresentation at the time of purchase.
Due to the antique, vintage, handmade, and one-of-a-kind nature of many items sold at The Bellflower, normal wear, age, imperfections, repairs, variations, and patina should be expected and appreciated as part of the character of the piece.
Items sold in non-working condition, unknown working condition, damaged condition, or otherwise sold “as-is” must be clearly identified on the sales tag.
Examples include:
Customers are encouraged to inspect all merchandise carefully prior to purchase.

The Bellflower reserves the right to charge storage fees or relist items that are not collected within the agreed pickup timeframe.
For larger purchases, The Bellflower can provide customers with a list of recommended third-party movers, shippers, and delivery providers. The Bellflower is not responsible for damages incurred during third-party transport or shipping services.
Customers are respectfully asked to handle all merchandise with care.
Due to the fragile and unique nature of many antiques and vintage items, customers may be held financially responsible for damage caused by negligent handling.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times while on the premises.
Floor samples, furniture, artwork, lighting, and oversized items may require scheduled pickup arrangements.
Customers are responsible for measuring doorways, stairwells, elevators, and vehicles prior to purchase to ensure purchased items will fit appropriately.
The Bellflower accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and approved forms of payment.
Returned checks, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment disputes may result in additional fees and restricted purchasing privileges.
The Bellflower operates as a marketplace representing multiple independent vendors. While we strive to ensure accurate descriptions and quality presentation, individual vendors are responsible for the pricing, descriptions, authenticity, and condition disclosures of their merchandise.
The Bellflower reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or remove individuals from the premises for disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
